Dr. Martin Kandlhofer
Martin Kandlhofer is a post-doctoral researcher and project coordinator at the Austrian Computer Society (OCG). He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2017 from Graz University of Technology. His area of research is the use of technology to aid learning (Educational Robotics) as well as the preparation and evaluation of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science topics for different age groups on different educational levels. As a project-based researcher he worked in several EU funded projects (i.e. TrainDL, ManuCode, ENARIS, EDLRIS, TEDUSAR) and organized several national and international workshops (i.e. at IJCAI 2019, at AIED 2020). He published various papers at international conferences and in journals (i.e. IEEE Frontiers in Education, AAAI/EAAI, Robotics & Autonomous Systems Journal) and acted as guest editor for ‘KI – Künstliche Intelligenz’ (Issue 2/2021).
