This three-month program, structured into three main modules, offers a perfect blend of theoretical and practical learning through live sessions with distinguished experts.
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of Digital Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Digital Entrepreneurship and Innovation, as well as Digital Marketing and Personal Branding. Throughout this journey, they will acquire practical skills to develop business ideas, manage digital teams, and build a strong online presence.
The program will be accompanied by a well-defined promotional campaign strategy, which includes awareness-raising, educational, and motivational activities to attract as many talented women and girls as possible to apply.
